Why do I need to log in?

How do I log in? To see details about your bill(s) beyond the number of bills and total amount owed, you must log in.

Log in from a digital notification: 1. Click the digital text or email payment link. 2. Click View bill details. 3. Expand the Choose how to identify yourself drop-down menu. 4. Select your preferred method of identity verification. 5. Enter information as prompted. 6. Click Verify.

Log in from a paper statement URL {provider_billing_url}: 1. Navigate to the payment url listed on your paper statement. 2. Enter the Bill ID accessible on your paper statement. 3. Enter your Date of Birth. 4. Click View Bill.

Log in via Find your account

If you do not have a digital notification link and cannot locate your Bill ID on your paper statement, you can log in via Find your account.

  1. Navigate to the payment url listed on your paper statement.
  2. Click Find your account.
  3. Expand the Choose how to identify yourself drop-down menu.
  4. Select your preferred method of identity verification.
  5. Enter information as prompted.
  6. Click Verify
